Treehouses are built around living trunks twelve metres up, with hammocks on the deck and coffee hoisted by pulley at sunrise. Tents and cabins are on the ground with attached bathrooms and wood-burning stoves for cold nights.
Breakfast and dinner are included. The camp arranges Chembra trek permits, a guide and packed breakfasts for early starts.

Everything is cooked over wood and gas in the open kitchen: Kerala breakfasts of puttu and kadala, packed lunches for the trail, and campfire dinners of grilled meats, vegetables and the camp's own pepper rasam.

The Chembra Peak trek, forest night walks, birding, and cycling through the paddy to Meppadi town. Soochipara Falls and the tea gardens of Varayal are a short jeep ride away.

By Air
Calicut International Airport (CCJ) is the closest, about 90 km and a 2.5 to 3 hour drive through the Thamarassery ghat. Kannur International Airport (CNN) is roughly 3 hours away and is a scenic alternative for northern Wayanad. Bengaluru is a 6 to 7 hour drive via Mysuru and the Bandipur forest road.
By Road
All resorts on Wayanad Escapes can arrange a private airport transfer at the time of booking. Self-drive guests should note that the Bandipur stretch closes to traffic between 9 pm and 6 am.
By Rail
Kozhikode (Calicut) railway station is the nearest railhead, about 85 km from Kalpetta.
